Title services with an added benefit for U.S. Home Capital borrowers.

Title Hub, LLC is an affiliated title company of U.S. Home Capital, LLC. Borrowers remain free to choose their own title provider, but eligible U.S. Home Capital borrowers who voluntarily choose Title Hub may receive a lender credit from U.S. Home Capital toward closing costs.

When an eligible U.S. Home Capital borrower voluntarily uses Title Hub, LLC for applicable title and settlement services, U.S. Home Capital offers a lender credit toward closing costs. The amount and application of any credit are subject to the actual loan transaction, program requirements, applicable law and the mortgage disclosures provided for that loan.

One coordinated process

An affiliated title provider can make communication among the mortgage, title and closing teams more direct while the companies remain separate service providers.

Your choice remains yours

You are not required to use Title Hub, LLC as a condition of obtaining a mortgage from U.S. Home Capital. Other title and settlement service providers are available, and you are free to shop and compare services and charges.

Because of that relationship, referrals to Title Hub may provide U.S. Home Capital and/or persons with an ownership interest in the affiliated companies a financial or other benefit.
